The sports venue of the Pan American athletes' accommodation is working well without any problem. A well structured planning will produced a successful construction in order to be ready in the right time.

In this important project advances are controlled, managed and assessed in time, by a work plan which has been implemented in a weekly system with the purpose of reaching the final goal. The main objective of this strict method consists in detecting all potential problems.

With more than 100,000 meters of construction, the project has been developed in a record time, just over 18 months since the go-head was given in November 4, 2009 by the Organizing Committee of Guadalajara 2011 XVI Pan American Games.

Concerning to project release, four buildings will be the base for the gradual growth. The first release is expected in May 15, 2011, buildings on June 30 and the project will be ready on July 31, of the same year.

According to SEMARNAT (Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources) the forest will be part of the project, this institution asked to plant trees and make a controlled fire-prevention area.
